2025-1177 Re-Brief Court Order 2025-1088 to Correct Funding Source from General Fund to Escrow Funds for the Fiscal Year 2026 Annual Contract Renewal Agreement between Dallas County and The Family Place for Supervised Visitation & Exchange Services On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 21, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Escrow Funds (100.20000.9212.62225.40000) Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve the correction of the funding source for Court Order 2025-1088 from the General Fund to Escrow Funds (100.20000.9212.62225.40000) for the FY26 agreement between Dallas County and The Family Place for Supervised Visitation and Exchange Services. There is no financial impact for this brief, as it was approved and included in the FY2026 annual community contracts per Court Order # 2025-1011. The agreement begins on October 1, 2025, and ends on September 30, 2026.
