2026-0916 Authorize and approve the Renewal Lease Agreement with Towne Square Market LP, and Dallas County Health and Human Services for the John West Immunization Clinic to provide immunizations to children and adults On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: August 18, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund: 46600 Grant: 08708 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Renewal Lease Agreement with Towne Square Market LP, and authorize the County Judge to sign the Agreement on behalf of Dallas County.
