2026-0633 Issuance and sale of Dallas County, Texas, Limited Tax Refunding Bonds to not exceed $55,975,000 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: May 19, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: n/a Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve the order authorizing the Issuance, sale and delivery of Dallas County, Texas Limited Tax Refunding Bonds, in one or more series at one or more times, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $55,975,000; providing for the award of the sale thereof in accordance with specified parameters; levying a tax in payment thereof; prescribing the form and said bonds; authorizing the execution and delivery of a paying agent/registrar agreement, escrow agreement and purchase agreement; approving the official statement; and approval of other matters relating thereto Done in open Court May 19, 2026 by the following vote: IN FAVOR: County Judge Clay Jenkins, Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, Commissioner John Wiley Price, Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and Commissioner Andrew Sommerman OPPOSED: None ABSTAINED:
