2026-0736 FY2026-FY2031 Interlocal Agreement with the County of Bexar for Autopsy and Laboratory Services, and Anthropology Technical Review On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 16, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the recommendation from the Southwestern Institute of Forensic Sciences for a FY2026-FY2031 interlocal agreement with the County of Bexar for the provision of forensic services and establishment of a forensic anthropology technical review process and authorizes the County Judge to sign necessary related documents on behalf of Dallas County.
