2026-0713 Bureau Justice Assistance - FY2025 State Criminal Alien Assistance Program (SCAAP) – Grant Application On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 16, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: SCAAP Reimbursement Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approves the submission of the BJA FY2025 State Criminal Alien Assistance Program (SCAAP) online application and authorizes the County Judge to sign all related documents. The submission deadline to complete and submit the SF-424 in Grants.gov is June 23, 2026, and the deadline to submit the full application in JustGrants is June 30, 2026.
