2026-0913 Authorize and approve a Fiscal Year 2027 Interlocal Agreement template between Dallas County Health and Human Services (DCHHS) and various Municipalities for Coordinated Health Services On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: August 18, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund: 12000 Cost Centers: 5212, 5214,5215 and 5216 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize and approve a Fiscal Year 2027 Interlocal Agreement template between Dallas County Health and Human Services (DCHHS) and various Municipalities for Coordinated Health Services; and authorize the County Judge to sign each of the related city/town Agreements (utilizing the Agreement template(s), as approved), on behalf of Dallas County.
