2025-1497 Authorize and approve the purchase of Snowflake Data Platform from Carahsoft Technology Corporation through the Department of Information Resources (DIR), contract No. DIR-CPO5362, authorized by Chapter 271, section 271.102 (a) (c) of the Texas Local Government Code - Amount not-to exceed $100,000 with funding from the Major Technology Fund - Software as a Service Account (100.19500.1096.62094.10000) On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: December 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: MAJOR TECHNOLOGY FUND Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize and approve the purchase of the Snowflake Data Platform from Carahsoft Technology Corporation at a cost not to exceed $100,000 using DIR-CPO-5362.
