Facilities Management Department (FMD) is requesting Commissioners Court approval of the purchase of a new roofing system for the Herman Marion Sweatt Courthouse (HMS Courthouse). It is anticipated that the project will have a ninety-day (90) duration. <br><br>Subchapter D of Chapter 271 of the Local Government Code provides for state cooperation in local government purchasing programs.
