2025-1363 Authorize the Stale Dated Checks for Period of June 1, 2024 through August 30, 2024 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: November 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: n/a Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Authorize the County Treasurer to make such transfers as necessary to carry out the instructions of the court order for stale dated checks for the period June 1, 2024 through August 30, 2024, as well as any and all other eligible unclaimed funds prior to August 30, 2024.
