2025-1140 Authorize Work Order No.1 between Dallas County and Burgess and Niple, Inc. to fund Professional Specialty Services on the Rowlett Road Multimodal Connection, Major Capital Improvement Program 12706, Road & Bridge District 1 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 196 MCIP 12706 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve and authorize the execution of Work Order No. 1 between Dallas County and Burgess & Niple, Inc. for professional specialty services relative to the Rowlett Road Multimodal Connection, Major Capital Improvement Program 12706. The total cost of Work Order No. 1 is not to exceed Eighty-One Thousand, Five Hundred Thirty Dollars and no cents ($81,530.00) . The project is being funded by MCIP and 196 Project 12706. A transfer is necessary from Fund 196 Project 8201 to MCIP Fund 196 Project 12706.
