2026-0099 Authorize and approve the Interlocal Agreement Between Dallas County, Texas and Dallas County Hospital District (Parkland) for the Leveraging and Utilization of Parkland Health and Hospital Systems Electronic Health Records Systems (EHRS) – Epic Services and Support to Dallas County Health and Human Services Health Department Clinics On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: January 20, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 12000, Dept. 5120 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Interlocal Agreement between Dallas County, Texas and Dallas County Hospital District (Parkland) for the Leveraging and Utilization of Parkland Health and Hospital Systems Electronic Health Records Systems (EHRS) – Epic Services and Support to Dallas County Health and Human Services Health Department Clinics, and authorize the County Judge to sign this agreement and change orders for additional locations and enhancement on behalf of Dallas County.
