2026-0674 Authorize Work Order No. 1 between Dallas County and IEA, Inc. to fund Professional Specialty Services on the Bachman Lake Trail Connection (Campion Trail) Study, Major Capital Improvement Program (MCIP) 49501 Road & Bridge District #4 On a motion made by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 2, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 196, Project 49501 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve and authorize the execution Work Order No. 1 between Dallas County and IEA, Inc. for professional specialty services relative to the Bachman Lake Trail Connection (Campion Trail) Study Major Capital Improvements Program 49501. The total cost of the Work Order is not to exceed Four Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand, Eighteen Dollars and no cents (454,018.00) . The Project is being funded by MCIP Fund 196 Project 49501.
