Elroy 130 is a proposed development consisting of two industrial buildings totaling 502,840 square feet located on the south-west corner of Elroy Road and SH 130. The developer submitted a Transportation Assessment (TA) report to address the impact of the proposed development on the existing road system and future roadway plans in the vicinity. <br> <br>To facilitate safe truck turning movement to and from the property and to improve traffic and safety along Elroy Road, the Developer desires to amend the original agreement by proposing additional mitigations. <br><br>Besides the median cut at the intersection of Elroy Road and the proposed site driveway, the Developer also agrees to design a right turn deceleration lane and a left turn lane at the intersection of Elroy Road and site driveway.
