2026-0118 National Energy Assistance Day On a motion made by Commissioner John Wiley Price, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: February 3, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: NA Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby proclaims February 2, 2026, as National Energy Assistance Day in Dallas County , and encourages residents, partners, and stakeholders to support efforts that promote energy affordability, household stability, and the health and well-being of all Dallas County residents.
