This item allows the Commission to receive public comment regarding the proposed Planned Unit Development/Specific Use Permit (PUD/SUP) amendment. The required notices advertising the public hearings were published in the newspaper, posted on the property, posted on the City's website and notice boards, and sent to property owners as required by law. The property owner is requesting an amendment to the PUD/SUP ordinance to allow a new tenant that is currently occupying the building, NAICS #4591 - Sporting goods, hobby, and musical instrument retailers. Staff also reviewed other uses and suggested adding additional uses to maybe avoid more amendments to the ordinance in the future. More details are included in the attached Rezoning Report.
