2026-0072 Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Texas Emissions Reduction Plan Rebate Grants Program Grant Acceptance, Contract No. 582-25-71635-RG Read into record: Budget Officer – Dr. Watkins Motion: Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the acceptance of the grant from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Texas Emissions Reduction Plan Rebate Grants Program in the amount not to exceed $745,894, to replace four types of equipment, and acknowledge the contract #582-25-71635-RG. Additionally, the Commissioners Court authorizes the County Judge as the authorized county representative to sign all related to the grant submission and grant acceptance of award for Road and Bridge 3.
