2025-0265 American Rescue Plan Act Project Funding Source Change to General Fund, Approximate Cost $10,050,000 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 4, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the change of funding source to the General Fund for the following slated projects previously to have been funded by American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds, at an approximate cost of $10,050,000. As projects become ready to proceed, OBE will work with departments to brief the projects and have them set up in Oracle Fusion.
