2025-0397 Dallas County Sheriff’s Office Request for Captain Auto Allowance On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 1, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the authorization of Captain David Guerra (position #1690) to receive an auto allowance at an approximate annual cost of $7,360, with no impact to the general fund.
