2026-0231 District Attorney – Approval for One-Time Supplemental Pay for Employee #50253 for Employee Recognition – Funding Available from State Apportionment Fund On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: February 17, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: (12000) General Fund – State Apportionment Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the request for the District Attorney’s Office (DAO) to utilize a portion of the State Apportionment Fund to provide a one-time supplemental pay for employee #50253 for employee recognition in the amount not to exceed $1,000.
