The Works III at Tillery construction commenced on December 16, 2025. To date, The Works III at Tillery, LLC has expended 25% ($3,218,109.10) as of June 2026. The Works III at Tillery, LLC has an invoice in the amount of $992,801.65 was sent for payment on July 2, 2026. Upon payment of this most recently approved invoice, The Works III at Tillery, LLC expenditures will increase to 32% ($4,210,910.75) with a remaining $8,781,192.25 to be spent no later than October 2026. In order to help ensure all LFRF funds are expended by the Treasury-imposed LFRF Expenditure deadline of December 31, 2026, this Subaward amendment extends the final date of invoices eligible for reimbursement from August 31, 2026, to Nov. 2, 2026. The Works III at Tillery, LLC provided the appended accelerated expenditure or draw plan to demonstrate efforts to purchase (and store per insurance requirements) furnishings in advance, as well as make budget adjustments that will move eligible expenditures from the City of Austin’s expenditures to Travis County to ensure the County’s LFRF expenditure deadline is met. As a result, The Works III at Tillery, LLC has submitted the Supplemental Attachment S – Budget Revision Request Form and a letter explaining the request in more detail. Upon approval of this request by the Court, the supplemental budget revision form (Attachment S) will be executed by The Works III at Tillery, LLC President or CEO and the Supportive Housing Division Director. Additionally, the program budget (Attachment B) and the Draw Request Form (Attachment N) will be revised by the HHS Finance team to ensure the approved budget revisions are properly recorded and reflected for the duration of the project.The Works III at Tillery, LLC project is slated to complete construction in September 2027.
