<p style="margin-left:0in;" data-pasted="true">This Modification No. 24 exempts the purchase of the data center lease space, renews and extends the lease for a 36-month term, and provides for up to two (2) additional one-year extension options, and changes the vendor’s name from CyrusOne LLC to C1 Austin II LLC with no change to the Tax ID number.<br><br>Pursuant to Texas Local Government Code 262.024, a contract for the purchase of any land or right of way  is exempt from the requirement established by section 262.023, if the Commissioners Court by order grants the exemption.
