Hays Consolidated Independent School District is a proposed high school on Main Street, east of the City of Buda and west of S Turnersville Road. <br id="isPasted"> <br> Developer has agreed to design and construct traffic signals and turn lanes at the site driveways on Main Street. The developer has also agreed to a total mitigation payment of $83,391.00 to Travis County. This amount is a financial contribution to the County towards the Roadway Improvement Project, or any other projects in the vicinity of the property.
