2025-1423 Approve and accept the County Treasurer's Annual Report FY2025 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: December 2, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: n/a Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve and accept the attached copy of the County Treasurer's Annual Report of cash receipts and disbursements from Dallas County funds for Fiscal Year 2025, ending September 30, 2025, and hereby orders the attached summarized copy of said report be published in accordance with State Law.
