2025-0591 Policy Requirement (NOT an exception to Policy) Administrative Leave with Pay for Employee #80242 - Sheriff's Department On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: May 20, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Funds Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the administrative leave of absence with pay for employee #80242 for the period of February 7, 2025, through February 27, 2025 (120 Hours), plus applicable deductions as determined by the Auditor's Office, and calculated as follows 120 hours x $25.33 = $3,039.60.
