2025-1154 Authorize the FY2025-2026 Addendum to Dallas County Community Supervision and Corrections Department’s (CSCD) Operations Agreement for Substance Abuse Treatment Services with Salvation Army to Add Transitional Housing Services and Addiction Recovery Services funded by the Intoxication and Drug Conviction & Senate Bill 346 County Specialty Court Account – Amount not to exceed $35,000. On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: 100.20000.9245.41010, 100.20000.9240.41011 and 100.12000.4555.4000 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Authorize the FY2025-2026 Addendum to Dallas County CSCD’s Operations Agreement for Substance Abuse Treatment Services with Salvation Army to Add Transitional Housing Services and Addiction Recovery Services funded by the Intoxication and Drug Conviction & Senate Bill 346 County Specialty Court Account. The Dallas County Commissioners Court also authorizes the Dallas County Judge to sign the contract addendum and related documents on behalf of Dallas County.
