2025-0533 Fiscal Year 2025 Internship Affiliation Agreement between Simmons University and Dallas County Probate Court Investigators’ Office On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: May 6, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: No Cost Associated Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Internship Affiliation Agreement between Simmons University and Dallas County Probate Court Investigators’ Office. The term of the agreement begins on May 6, 2025, through May 5, 2029, with no cost to Dallas County.
