2025-0439 Authorize and approve a $1,500 Donation from Wellcare for the Dallas County Older Adults Services Program (OASP) On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 15, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 466, project 840820 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the $1,500 donation from Wellcare for the Dallas County Older Adults Services Program (OASP) and authorize DCHHS to appropriate the budget line items.
