2025-0204 Ex Alba Retires On a motion made by Commissioner John Wiley Price, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 4, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Dallas County Judge and Commissioners’ Court are elated to join the co-workers, family, and friends Ex Alba, whose career saw a litany of technological advances in the life of the Dallas County IT Department as he retires with 22 years of service.
