2026-0872 Approve the stale Dated Checks for Period August 01, 2023 through January 30, 2026 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: August 4, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: n/a Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Authorize the County Treasurer to make such transfers as necessary to carry out the instructions of the court order for stale dated checks for the period of August 01, 2023, through January 31, 2026, as well as any and all other eligible unclaimed funds prior to January 31, 2026.
