2025-1469 Amendment No. 2 to the Interlocal Agreement Between the City of Dallas and Dallas County for the Parkland Health Newborn Nurse Post Natal Home Visiting (NHV) Program On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: December 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: ARPA SLFRF Program - ARP Fund 464 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve Amendment No. 2 to the interlocal agreement between the City of Dallas and Dallas County for the Newborn Nurse Home Visiting Program, extending the term of the original agreement to September 30, 2026.
