2025-1225 Authorize and approve the Memorandum of Understanding between Dallas County on behalf of Dallas County Health and Human Services (DCHHS) and CAN Community Health (CAN) to assist residents of Dallas County living with HIV to receive appropriate medical care and support On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 21, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize and approve the Memorandum of Understanding between Dallas County on behalf of Dallas County Health and Human Services (DCHHS) and CAN Community Health (CAN) to assist residents of Dallas County living with HIV to receive appropriate medical care and support.
