On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 1, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: 100.20400.9250.62225.43000 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Authorize the Job Order Contract Work Order to Azteca Enterprises, Inc. in the amount of Two Hundred and Fifty-Five Thousand and Three Hundred and Twenty Dollars and No Cents ($255,320.00) for the renovation of the County Clerk Cashier's Office at the Frank Crowley Courts Building.
