2025-1130 Authorize Dallas County Health and Human Services (DCHHS) to Purchase Gift Cards as Incentives for Advancing Public Health Efforts in FY2026 from Walmart and Visa for the period of October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: TBD Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize Dallas County Health and Human Services (DCHHS) to Purchase Gift Cards as Incentives for Advancing Public Health Efforts in FY2026 from Walmart and Visa for the period of October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026.
