2025-1051 Authorize and approve the Subrecipient Allocations of the United States Department of Health and Human Services Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Notice of Award - FY 2025 Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009 Part A – Formula Carryover to Dallas County Hospital District d.b.a. Parkland Health in the total amount of $53,316, and Minority AIDS Initiative (MAI) Carryover in the amount of $1,399 for a total of $54,715, with No Grant Match Required On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Grant: 6551225 and 6551425 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Subrecipient Allocations of the United States Department of Health and Human Services Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Notice of Award - FY 2025 Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009 Part A – Formula Carryover to AIDS Healthcare Foundation; Dallas Legal Hospice; Health Services of North Texas and Dallas County Hospital District d.b.a. Parkland Health; and Resource Center of Dallas in the total amount of $53,316, and Minority AIDS Initiative (MAI) Carryover in the amount of $1,399 for a total of $54,715, with No Grant Match Required and authorize the County Judge to sign electronically on behalf of the County.
