This item authorizes the final acceptance of the 2020 Lift Station Mitigation Package 3/Harvey Lift Station Repairs and Mitigation Project (the "Project"). The work has been completed and inspected. All work conforms to City specifications, and the contractor, McDonald Municipal & Industrial, a Division of C.F. McDonald Electric, Inc., has met the terms of the contract. The one-year maintenance bond has run its course without any warranty issues. Staff recommends final acceptance and release of the maintenance bond.
