Consider and take appropriate action relating to the Turner’s Crossing Public Improvement District, including considering: A. A resolution approving and authorizing an Improvement Area #3 Funding Agreement and an Improvement Area #3 Acquisition and Reimbursement Agreement for the Turner’s Crossing Public Improvement District; and B. A resolution (1) recognizing a Bond Issuance Request for the issuance of PID Bonds for the payment of the costs of the Improvement Area #3 Improvements for Improvement Area #3 of the Turner’s Crossing Public Improvement District; and (2) directing Travis County Development Authority staff, along with Travis County staff, to take such other actions as are required to commence preliminary preparations for the sale of the
