This item authorizes a Small Government Enterprise Agreement with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (Esri) for continued GIS services. The City first entered into a five-year agreement with Esri in 2021. This proposed agreement renews such services and provides employees and citizens with various GIS capabilities.
