Public Comments from Citizens Present: All persons speaking during the public comment session must fill out a public comment form and will be called up to the microphone based on the completion of a public comment form. At the microphone the Public must state their name clearly and what community they are from. Comments are limited to five (5) minutes. An exception to the five (5) minute limits may be made at the discretion of the Chair. The Chair may place time limits on individual comments as he or she deems necessary.
