Information - Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 and 551.074, the Board will consult with counsel concerning Trustee Bone's request, in her official capacity, for "all communications and written documentation" to or from individual trustees named in the Story v. RRISD et al. Cause No 1-22-cv-00448-DAE lawsuit "regarding anything and everything in regards to" the lawsuit, including all communications with their counsel, Thompson & Horton LLP.
