Action - Consideration and Possible Approval and Adoption of a Resolution (i) authorizing the Superintendent and/or his designee to negotiate acceptable sale terms with TxDOT for a 0.6442 acre tract of land which is currently part of the Sam Rayburn Middle School campus and the subject of eminent domain proceedings initiated by TxDOT; and (ii) authorizing the President of the Board of Trustees to execute a Deed conveying such property to TxDOT (or its designee.
