2025-0524 Request for Authorization to Execute Participating Entity Agreement with SylogistGov, Inc. for the Statewide Automated Victim Notification Service (SAVNS) Program On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: May 6, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize the County Judge to execute the Participating Entity Agreement with SylogistGov, Inc. for continued participation in the SAVNS program, in compliance with the Office of the Attorney General’s statewide transition to a new vendor.
