TNR staff has received a request to authorize the release a portion of a lateral support easement (0.2644 acres) dedicated per document #2017206160 of the Official Records of Travis County. <br data-pasted="true"> <br>Professional Engineer, Xavier Garza (H.R. Green Development), certifies that the lateral support easement is no longer needed. The applicant is dedicating new right-of-way for proposed infrastructure improvements along Braker Lane. Discussions between the applicant and county staff determined that a vacation of the easement is acceptable.<br> <br>Travis County Engineer Tony Valdez has also reviewed this request and supports the release of the drainage easement. <br> <br>TNR staff has reviewed the subject easement release request and has no objection to releasing the easement.
