Due to severe funding losses, the SAFE Alliance had to close down their Forensic Nursing services effective June 8, 2026. The Sheriff’s Office requests termination of this contract with an effective termination date of June 7, 2026. While the termination for convenience clause in the contract requires a 30-day written notice, the vendor consents to this termination date since they can no longer provide the services. The official termination notice to the Contractor will be sent after the Court approves the termination.
