2025-0133 Approve and authorize the Amendment #1 Agreement for Mr. Andrew Jones, System Engineer (Ignite Consults) for the period of February 7, 2025 through August 7, 2025, approve Discretionary Exemption, 262.024(4) personal services; funding Major Technology Fund (MTF) - Other Professional Services, Account (100.19500.1090.62225.10000), amount not-to-exceed $99,360 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: February 4, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: MAJOR TECHNOLOGY FUND Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve and authorize the County Judge to sign Amendment No. 1 with Ignite Consults for the services of Andrew Jones as a System Engineer for the period of February 7, 2025 through August 6, 2025 at a not-to-exceed amount of $99,360 from the Major Technology Fund - Other Professional Services Account (100.19500.1090.62225.10000) using Discretionary Exemption 262.024(4).
