2025-0298 Appointments to the Public Employee Benefit Cooperative (PEBC) On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby appoint County Judge Clay Lewis Jenkins and Commissioner Elba Garcia to serve on the Public Employee Benefit Cooperative (PEBC) for a two-year term, expiring January 31, 2027.
