2025-1127 Authorize and approve Funding Allocations to Subrecipients – A System-Level Syndemic Approach to Improve HIV Care and Treatment On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 46600, Project 08984 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the allocation of funding to existing sub-recipients for the provision of HIV-related support services, including transportation, food pantry access, and mental health support, through amendments to current contracts, in alignment with the grant’s systems-based and syndemic approach requirements.
