2025-1033 Approve and authorize the purchase of professional services for Cisco network tasks, with Presidio Networked Services Group, LLC, through the Department of Information Resources (DIR), contract DIR-CPO-5347, authorized by Chapter 271, section 271.102 (a) (c) of the Texas Local Government Code, for a term of one year – amount not to exceed $9,460.00 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: MAJOR TECHNOLOGY FUND Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the professional services engagement with Presidio Networked Solutions Group, LLC via the State of Texas DIR Contract # DIR-CPO-5347 to support the various County IT data network initiatives at a cost not to exceed $9,460.00 and using the funding from the Major Technology Fund - Professional Services Account (100.19500.1090.62225.10000).
