2025-1047 Approve the Notice of Award - FY 2025 Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009 Part A – Formula & MAI, that authorizes carryover of unobligated funds from the previous budget period into the current budget period in the total amount of $54,715 with No Grant Match Required On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Grant: 6551225 and 6551425 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Notice of Award - FY 2025 Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009 Part A – Formula & MAI, that authorizes carryover of unobligated funds from the previous budget period into the current budget period in the total amount of $54,715 with No Grant Match Required.
