2025-0901 Approve Site Improvement Buildouts, and Purchase Network Equipment (Routers) for the Dallas County Broadband Project at a cost of $1,004,931.68 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: August 19, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund Countywide Appropriations Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the cost of the site buildouts by Senior Consultants using DIR-CPO-4788 is $478,688.84; and the purchase of four (4) Cisco NCS high-performance routers is $526,242.84. The total amount for these items is $1,004,931.68 and funding is available via Countywide Appropriations - Telecommunications Equipment (100.12000.9910.68520.10000).
