2025-0978 Authorize and approve Mutual Non-Disclosure Document Agreement between Evolve Cloud Services LLC and Dallas County Information Technology to perform an AWS Assessment On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 2, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: NONE Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize and approve Mutual Non-Disclosure Document Agreement (NDA) with Evolve Cloud Services LLC to implement the County Cloud-First Strategy. The County Judge is required to sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) after approval by the Commissioners Court.
